01 / Choose your exhibition days
Select the dates you wish to exhibit and one to five artworks for each day. You may choose different artworks and quantities each day.

The total exhibition price includes printing, framing, translation and foreign-language support.
Add the price for each selected day to find your total. For example, one artwork on one day plus three on another totals US$500.
02 / Apply in English
The English Google Form will ask for your contact details, selected dates, daily artwork counts and artwork information. Read the exhibition guidance, Exhibition Terms and Legal Information before applying.

03 / Confirm your total & pay
After reviewing your application, we will email the confirmed total in US dollars and a secure Stripe payment link. Pay in advance within seven days of applying.
Before paying, check that the exhibition dates, daily artwork counts and US-dollar total match the confirmation email. If anything differs, contact us before completing payment.
Continue to StripeUse the payment link provided for your confirmed application. Sending an application does not itself take payment.
04 / Send your artwork information
Submit your artwork titles, tax-inclusive sale prices and reference photographs at least ten days before each exhibition date. Submission destinations and digital-file instructions will be sent individually. Gallery staff take care of installation and operations; you do not need to attend.
